Antigua and Barbuda Hosts an OECS ‘45 for 45’ Service Drive

Antigua and Barbuda is among the Eastern Caribbean states hosting community activities tied to the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States’ 45th anniversary, including a public fun walk and the bloc’s “45 for 45” Changemakers volunteer campaign. The initiative invites OECS nationals at home and in the diaspora to take part in acts of community service aligned with regional cooperation and sustainable development. Marked under the theme “One Vision, One Voice,” the anniversary spotlights how small states pool resources through shared institutions — a practical model that has delivered services across the sub-region since 1981.
