The Bahamas has formally joined the new shared Caribbean visa initiative, putting Nassau inside a regional coalition that already includes Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Barbados, T&T, Dominica, and Antigua and Barbuda. The play is a tourism one: the metric Nassau is targeting is longer multi-island stays, not raw arrivals. Cruise-and-stay packaging and joint marketing with Eastern Caribbean partners are the next operational steps.
