Grenada Opens Second Window of Regional Blue-Economy MSME Grants

A regional MSME matching-grants programme under the Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean initiative is opening a second funding window in Grenada, channelling support to small and medium enterprises in sustainable marine and coastal sectors. The programme pairs public funds with private investment to build resilience in the island’s ocean economy.

For the diaspora, this is an entry point: matching grants lower the cost of backing or launching a Grenada-based small business. Grenada remains the only Caribbean citizenship programme granting eligibility for the US E-2 investor visa, keeping it distinctive as regional rules tighten.
