BRIDGETOWN — After announcing at 6:14 p.m. that he would be departing ‘in a minute,’ 42-year-old Marlon Greaves remained on the premises for an additional 87 minutes during which he initiated two separate extended conversations with individuals he had not previously been speaking with.
