GEORGETOWN — At a press briefing held Tuesday at the Ministry of Finance, officials reassured the public that revenues from the country’s petroleum operations would, unlike the previous six reassurances issued on the same subject, now begin to meaningfully benefit ordinary citizens in the near future.
