Next step: email your files to support@tradewindsbrief.com. Put your order reference (shown above) or the email address you paid with in the subject line. Stripe also emails you a receipt.
We confirm by email when your files have arrived, usually within one business day. Your delivery time starts once both your payment and everything listed below have arrived.
Opening-chapter review: what to send
- Your first chapter, or your prologue and first chapter, up to 3,000 words, as a .docx file.
- One line on your genre and intended readers.
Delivery: written notes and your three priorities, within 3 business days.
Book-description rewrite: what to send
- Your current description or a synopsis.
- Genre, intended readers, and heat or content level.
Delivery: one description of about 2,000 characters, plain and KDP-formatted, within 3 business days, with one revision round.
Short-manuscript audit: what to send
- Your finished manuscript as a .docx file (up to 40,000 words).
- How your chapters are headed (for example “Chapter 1” or “Chapter One”).
- Your quote style (curly or straight) and dash style.
- Any repetitions that are intentional, such as a refrain or an epigraph.
Delivery: your report and its full-location appendix within 4 business days. Corrections are not included; ask if you would like them quoted.
Manuscript Integrity Audit: what to send
- Your finished manuscript as a .docx file (40,001–100,000 words).
- How your chapters are headed (for example “Chapter 1” or “Chapter One”).
- Your quote style (curly or straight) and dash style.
- Any repetitions that are intentional, such as a refrain or an epigraph.
- Optional: an earlier version, for the version comparison.
Delivery: your report and its full-location appendix within 5 business days. Corrections are not included; ask if you would like them quoted.
Book Listing Package: what to send
- The finished manuscript, or a synopsis plus the first three chapters.
- Genre, intended readers, and heat or content level.
- Series information: published and planned titles.
- Optional: two or three comparable titles.
Delivery: within 5 business days, with one consolidated revision round.
