St Kitts and Nevis now requires all citizenship-by-investment applicants to submit biometric data, a rule in force since April, with permanent collection centres in St Kitts, the UAE and China and existing passport holders facing a biometric-enrollment deadline of July 31, 2027. The move is part of a regional drive to harden due diligence under external scrutiny.
