We do not run ads. We do not run tracking. We do not accept paid placement of editorial content. We are not affiliated with any political party, government, or commercial interest in any country we cover.
That model only works if the people who read us regularly help keep it running.
Why It Matters
Independent satirical journalism in the Caribbean and African media landscape is rare, and getting rarer. Most outlets that cover this region either depend on advertising revenue (which shapes what they will and will not say) or on grants tied to specific agendas. We chose a different path on purpose.
Reader support keeps the lights on, pays for hosting and infrastructure, and protects the editorial independence that makes this site worth reading in the first place.

What it does not pay for: surveillance pixels, tracking scripts, paid placement, or any form of editorial influence. That is the whole point.
