&lt;p>The official is suspected of close personal ties to two contractors awarded contracts under the now-suspended $3.4 billion HDC housing programme. Following whistleblower submissions, the Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR) instructed the HDC to suspend the programme pending a full review.&lt;/p></description></item></channel></rss>
