Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre and Minister for Tourism, Commerce, Investment, Creative Industries, Culture and Heritage Ernest Hilaire opened the Leadership Forum at Secrets Resort on May 6 with remarks framing CBI as a tool that &ldquo;must continue to deliver&rdquo; for Saint Lucia — supporting jobs, strengthening infrastructure, and expanding opportunity across communities.</p>
