Ghana&amp;rsquo;s Ambassador to South Africa Benjamin Quashie confirmed the voluntary repatriation programme this week, and Foreign Affairs Minister Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa pledged that no Ghanaian living abroad in distress would be abandoned.
